When tools get complicated, teams avoid using them to their full potential. When tools get smoother, people naturally work better. Like every month, HubSpot also released new updates and exciting features this month . The November 2025 HubSpot updates feel like they were shaped by people who actually use the platform every day. Nothing loud or flashy. Just practical improvements that make core tasks faster, cleaner and less annoying.
These updates shape the platform in email creation, workflows, dashboards, support actions and even developer tools. And each change connects back to the same idea: reduce friction so teams in Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Services Hub and Operations Hub can execute with clarity and speed.
Below is a full breakdown of everything new this month.
HubSpot completely rebuilt its email editor with a full-canvas layout that places every important setting in one view. You no longer need to jump between tabs just to adjust your audience, sender name, subject line, or preview text. Everything sits beside your email body, making the entire process cleaner and easier to follow.
The biggest improvement is the unified left sidebar. It now houses all modules, layouts, saved sections, the content tree, template design elements, setup options, and automation settings. This solves the long-standing complaint that the old editor felt cluttered and hard to learn.
Teams that onboard new members regularly will appreciate how simple the new structure feels. Beginners can understand the flow without clicking around to find hidden settings.

HubSpot replaced the old split workflow for landing pages with one combined process. Whether you want to write your content manually or use AI support from Breeze, you start the same way: choose a template. Only after selecting the design do you decide whether to generate, copy or write everything yourself.
Availability: Content Hub Professional and Enterprise.
HubSpot now lets you control the source of images when generating landing pages using AI. You can choose from three options:
Brands with strict design or legal guidelines will appreciate this fine-grained control. If the file manager doesn’t contain a relevant image, HubSpot will use placeholders instead of failing the generation.
This also saves time. AI image creation takes longer than loading placeholders, so teams on deadlines can choose the fastest option.
Availability: Content Hub Professional and Enterprise.
Video Content now can be used for leaning directly to Customer Agent. You can upload your own video files or link videos from publicly hosted URLs.
This change expands the agent’s knowledge without extra work and improves the accuracy of responses to customer questions.
Availability: Professional and Enterprise tiers.
Creating segments is now much easier. If you have a saved CRM view that filters contacts or companies exactly the way you want, you can convert it to a segment with a single click. HubSpot will carry over all compatible filters automatically.
If a filter can’t be used inside segments, HubSpot displays a clear message while still transferring every supported part of your logic.
This update saves time for marketing teams that test filters in CRM views before launching campaigns or workflows.
Availability: All hubs and tiers.
Admins can now describe the type of property they need, and Breeze will generate it with the correct validation rules. It works using natural language instructions.
For example:
Create a percentage property that only accepts values between 0 and 100 with two decimal places.”
This ensures clean data, consistent rules, and far less manual configuration. It is especially helpful for organizations with large CRMs and strict data quality requirements.

If your business uses Stripe inside HubSpot, you now automatically support Apple Pay and Google Pay. No extra setup is required. Buyers can complete payments using digital wallets, making checkout faster and more convenient.
You can also add the column called Digital wallet type to your Payments Index to see which transactions used Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Availability: All hubs and tiers.
Companies managing multiple HubSpot accounts can now build workflows that update contacts across connected accounts. This is a major improvement for global businesses, multi-brand groups, and regional teams.
You can now:
Availability: Requires two HubSpot accounts. One must have Marketing Hub Enterprise.
The data model builder now displays carts, orders, and invoices alongside contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects. This gives admins and analysts a full picture of their CRM structure.
You can view object properties, check how records are connected, and navigate to settings. For orders and invoices, you can even create custom associations and set limits or labels.
This update is helpful for teams working with ecommerce, subscriptions, or complex transaction data.

Several new tools are now in public beta. These features add more power to help desks, AI assistants, and CRM data security.

It aligns support workflows with how teams track customer relationships.
Availability: Service Hub Professional and Enterprise.
This connector lets you query contacts, companies, and deals directly from Google Gemini. You can also draft follow-up content inside Gemini and reuse it in HubSpot. It works both in the main Gemini interface and in the sidebar inside Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Chat.
It is read-only at this stage, but still aids quick research and content drafting.
Availability: Public Beta for all customers with eligible Google Workspace plans.
The Claude connector now lets you create and update CRM records from inside Claude’s chat window. You can:
Claude also has access to engagement history unless sensitive data settings block it.
Availability: Paid Claude subscription required.
Enterprise accounts can now scan CRM activity data—including emails, notes, meetings, calls, and tasks—for sensitive information. If the system identifies something that should not remain in the CRM, admins can redact it permanently.
This is a key update for organizations with strict compliance needs.
Availability: Enterprise tiers.
You can now build segments using the Lead object, separate from contact segments. These segments work with:
This is helpful for companies with large inbound funnels or structured lead qualification processes.
Availability: Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise.
The redesigned email editor and unified landing page creation flow make content work smoother. Multi-account workflows solve long-standing challenges for large organizations. And the AI connectors with Gemini and Claude point toward a future where CRM tasks can be managed directly from AI assistants.
